I was out on Wed morin and caught 2 eyes, 17"ers. I was pulling Slow Death, in 6' to 7' FOW, off the mouth of the Fox river in Oshkosh. I had a buddy out there all so and he had 10 eyes. They ranged from 13' to 16". He was jigging and slip bobbering.  Jigs with crawlers and slip bbbers with leeches. I will be out next week and will keep you updated on my fishing trips. Fished 5 .5 hrs  not one bite, trolled the fox river, trolled Butte des Mortes, went to Bago jig, slip bobber and even drifted. I did see one white bass caght in the rver  OH BOY. I'll get out Wed. Now I heard that Poygan troll was good for one guy I talk to tonight.  Till next time  COOT

At work today, but going jigging and slip bobbering with my son Aaron & my dad (Don). I will be launching off of Black Wolf landing. Till tomorrow and hoping for a good report for u.

Fished from 8:30 till 1pm  2 walleyes 17" and 12"  hit 8 different deep water reefs off of the Black Wolf boat landing. We jig, no slip bobbers.

Tonight from 5:30 till 8:15  6 walleyes  all were 12"ers Fished off of Black Wolf point 9' FOW  jigs an crawlers. Going out again Fri TROLL, TROLL & TROLL some more.

5-22-2010  Sat

Fished Terrys Bar tounrey  4 eyes 9 lbs  8th place out of 49 boats. Started at the 41 bridge pulling flies, only WB, went to sunset point pulled 2 liitles ones. Went to some small humps on Bago, nothing but small ones again, OK break out the boards, pulled #5 flicker shads 9 eyes from 12" to 18.25" and 1 eye on a Thunder stick Jr, that was 19.5". We were in 13' FOW  south of Stoney Beach area, south of the mouth of the river. Going back out on Mon.

Trolled from 6 am till noon  10 eyes  ALL 12" ers  1 WB, 1 cat and 1 crappie, course sheep head. Some on cranks FS and then pulled Harnesses. Buddy had 18" & 19" same place but slow for him also. Going on Tues.

Trolled all day with Flicker Shads & Nilles Masters. 30' to 65' back and diid 13' to15' FOW. The mouth of the river Oshkosh.  8 walleyes, kepted 4.  15", 15.5". 17.5" & 19"    22 white bass also and lots of SH

5-28-2010  Sat

Fished Houges Bar tourney, took 14th place, out of 71 boats.  4 fish limit  11.6 lbs. We had 22" at 4.5 lbs, 2  19"ers and a 17". I was pulling cranks all day, 40' to 60' back in 15' to 17' FOW. Some on Flicker shads and most on Shad raps, green glass  and blue chormes worked for me. We were trolling out in front of the Menomenie Park. I will be out on Wed morin.

Fish out by Garlic Island 18' to 19' FOW pulling Flicker Shad & Shad Raps  7 eyes, 4 that were over 15".  15", 17" 18.5"  and the whopper  27.5"  6.5 lbs Most were back 75' to 80'.  Back out on Thur

Fishing mud again 8 walleyes, 2 saugers (13"& 14")  and 1- 7 lb cat. Size of the eyes 15", 16", 2- 18" & 20". Trolling 75' to 100' back anything with blue in it was the best. No fishing on Fri RAINING  dam. Fishing Sat tourney  Van Dyne  110 boats in this one.

Fished Van Dyne Lions Club tourney today, 110 boats, took 28th place, 5 eyes 8.8 lbs. There was NO size limits in this today, my fish were 22", 18" 15" 14" & 13". Most of my fish came off Shad Raps #7  50' to 100' back today for us.  1st place was 18.5 lbs and they had big fish 6.9 lbs.

6-12-13-2010  Walleye Weekend

We trolled both days, 11.9 lbs the first day and only 1  17.5" on Sun. 300 boats and we ended up 102 placed, 14.08 lbs total, no check. It took 16.25 for 75th place to cash. Most of our fish were caught pulling harnesses,  1oz  25' to 50' back. Purple & gold #5 colorado blades were for us. Lots of very lite bites an 3 sheepshead, 1 cat and 2 saugers. Got Otter Street this weekend.

6-19 & 6-20  Fished Otter Street   Not so good  First day pulled harnesses  2 eyes  17.5"  and on Sun pulled harnesses  no fish and then pulled cranks  1 eye 19"  HotN Tot  75' back. Very tough 2 days for me, we caught only 10 walleyes both days, with 2 saugers 16" & 17"  happy to see those guys.

7-19, 20, & 21, 2010

I have been fishing the Bay of Green Bay, because I can't catch any walldos on Bago. So here it is, Mon only 1 eye 24.5" Ganos are 24' FOW  Dead stick 2 oz in line 20' out

Tues  2 mile reef  22' to 24' FOW  trolling 6 boards all in lines 1 oz 20' to 35' back  7 eyes from 20" to 25.5"  lost 2 nice ones back of boat.

Wed  this was a fun day  3 eyes 18" to 24.5"   and 2 big MUSKIES  the first one was over 30 lbs and the 2nd one was over 40 lbs

All of these fish were caught on my lures. Gold beads and Purple beads with 4" willows that the colors are purple front and a hammered silver on the back and #5 colorados  rainbow trout color.

I will be back up there next week again.
